KONYA (Turkey) – Wednesday, 10 August 2022 (APS) – Prime Minister Aimene Benabderrahmane, representing President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune at the opening ceremony of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya, Turkey, was received Tuesday evening by President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Aimene Benabderrahmane, at the audience held on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the fifth Islamic Solidarity Games, and attended by Algeria’s embassy to Turkey, Sofiane Mimouni, conveyed the fraternal greetings of President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune to his Turkish counterpart.
In addition to “the state and prospects of the development” of Algerian-Turkish relations in all fields, the two sides discussed “the means to implement the results of President Tebboune’s last visit to the Republic of Turkey.”
At the end of the audience, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan asked the prime minister to convey his warm greetings to President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, expressing his thanks for the participation of Algeria in the opening ceremony of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games.
