ALGIERS – Thursday, 11 August 2022 (APS) – Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra reiterated, Thursday in Baku (Azerbaijan), the major interest given by President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune to the members of national community around the world, recalling the instructions he regularly gives to address their concerns, said Thursday the Ministry in a statement.
Lamamra was speaking at a meeting with members of the Algerian community living in the Republic of Azerbaijan where he visited as special envoy of the President of the Republic.
During this meeting held at the Algerian residence in Baku, in the presence of Algerian ambassador to Azerbaijan, Abdelouahab Osmane, the head of Algerian diplomacy reiterated “the major interest that the
President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune gives to members of national community around the world and the instructions he gives regularly to address their concerns.
Lamamra also welcomed “the bonds of fraternity and solidarity between members of the Algerian community in Azerbaijan, as well as respect and awareness of them in this country,” said the same source.
Members of national community also welcomed “the efforts made by the authorities to allow the Algerian community to integrate into the Azerbaijani society,” the source concluded.
