On this occasion, the two parties ” discussed diplomatic efforts aimed at ending this aggression and dealing with its humanitarian repercussions, by allowing aid to be provided to the Palestinian brothers without restrictions or conditions.”
In this regard, Al-Maliki reiterated ” Palestine’s gratitude, to its leaders, government and people, for Algeria’s constant and unconditional support for the Palestinian cause,” welcoming in this regard ” the urgent humanitarian aid granted by Algeria to alleviate the suffering of the inhabitants of Gaza, who are victims of a total and unjust blockade.
