ALGIERS – Wednesday, 25 October 2023 (APS) – On the sidelines of his participation in the high-level meeting of the Security Council, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral talks on Tuesday at the United Nations headquarters in New York with Libya’s Minister in charge of managing the affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the Government of National Unity of Libya, Taher Baour, according to a statement from the Ministry.
