ALGIERS – Sunday, 01 October 2023 (APS) – Algeria has strongly condemned the terrorist attack targeting the Interior ministry in Ankara, Turkey, on Saturday morning, expressing full solidarity with Turkey, a brother country, the presidency of the Republic said in a statement.
“Algeria strongly condemns the heinous terrorist attack against the headquarters of the Interior ministry in the Turkish capital, Ankara, resulting in the injury of two on-duty police officers,” the statement said.
“Praying to Almighty Allah to grant a speedy recovery to the injured, Algeria reaffirms its full solidarity with Turkey, a brother country, following the perfidious terrorist attack, and calls to continue to combine regional and international efforts to deal with terrorism, in all its forms, and put an end to its attempts to undermine the stability of States.”
